Capital Elvis is part of the Official Elvis Presley Fan Club of Great Britain and was formed in 1994 by lifelong Elvis fan, John Talbot. After occupying various venues in London, Capital Elvis has now settled at The Litten Tree in Victoria and hold monthly discos there.
The club now has in excess of 1000 members which just goes to show the popularity of Elvis in London. Discos are very well attended with in excess of 150 people at each one. Many of these are regulars and have been attending for years, but there has been a recent influx of new faces due to Elvis' increased popularity.
